Terms & Accessibility

Website Terms
Welcome to apremhaiti.org. These terms describe appropriate use of APREM’s website and the information, forms and services it provides. Contact info@apremhaiti.org with questions.
Information about our work
The website presents APREM’s mission, program areas, project records and approved fundraising information. Historical photographs, videos and project descriptions document their stated periods; they do not automatically describe a project’s current status. Plans and fundraising goals describe intended activities and may change as information, resources and approvals develop.
If you notice an error or need clarification about a project, please email info@apremhaiti.org. The website does not provide individualized legal, financial or tax advice.
Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, send abusive or unlawful material, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site’s operation or attempt unauthorized access. Do not use information about beneficiaries, children or donors to contact or target them without permission.
Content and permissions
APREM’s name, logo and website material, together with content credited to partners, photographers or other rights holders, remain subject to their respective rights. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reuse a logo, testimonial, photograph or video for fundraising, promotion or another publication. Request permission at info@apremhaiti.org, except where applicable law permits your use.
When supplying a testimonial, photograph or story for publication, confirm that you are entitled to provide it and state the publication permission you are granting. Submitting material does not guarantee that it will be published.
Donations and project giving
Review the donation details, project designation, payment amount, currency and any disclosed charges before completing a gift. Our Privacy Policy covers personal information, and our Donor Policy explains designations, payment inquiries and receipts. A donation does not confer ownership of a project, a governance role, membership rights or event admission unless an approved written arrangement expressly provides otherwise.
Membership and sponsorship
Honorary membership and sponsorship are governed by the particular terms displayed or agreed for that program. A form submission is an application or inquiry unless explicitly identified as a confirmed enrollment. Voting rights, leadership positions, event tickets, public recognition or other benefits are not implied by a donation or application.
Events and tickets
Before purchasing an event ticket, review the final venue, date, time, admission type, attendee requirements, disclosed charges and applicable cancellation, refund and transfer terms. Event-specific terms should be available before payment. A QR code or payment confirmation must be used in accordance with the stated ticketing and check-in rules.
Do not treat historical event posters or archived videos as current ticket offers. For questions about an upcoming APREM event, contact info@apremhaiti.org.
External services
Links, embedded media and payment services may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and accessibility may differ from those of APREM’s website. Review the provider’s information before sharing data or completing a transaction.
Availability and changes
Website features may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Information is provided in good faith, but errors can occur. Contact us if a problem prevents you from accessing information or completing a request. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Accessibility Statement
APREM aims to make information about its work and opportunities to support Morisseau accessible to people with disabilities. Our design and content work uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvement.
We aim to support readable text and contrast, clear headings, meaningful image descriptions, keyboard navigation, labeled forms and understandable instructions. These are development objectives, not a statement that every page or third-party service has been tested or meets every WCAG requirement.
Historical photographs, scanned documents and videos may need additional descriptions, accessible text or captions. Donation and ticketing services supplied by other providers may also have limitations. If you encounter a barrier, contact info@apremhaiti.org and include the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the assistance or format you need. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. Do not include payment credentials or unnecessary medical information.
We will review accessibility reports and work to provide an appropriate alternative where feasible. Contact us at the same address to discuss event accessibility requirements before purchasing or attending. Any published site assessment dates and known limitations will be based on actual review results.
